Pteron is made up of two distinct regions; Nostos and Kyklos. Each offer the soothing peace that can be attained only in the dark. On their website Naonao Watanabe describes Pteron as the abyss of mind, a world consciousness connection project in second life. But if this is the abyss, take comfort, Pteron isn't the dark chaotic mess one would imagination that exists at the bottom of the human mind, instead it offers sanity, resolution, and rapture.
